A beautifully preserved Elizabethan house with a rich history. The grounds are large and beautiful, and if you follow the path up the large stone stairs directly opposite the house there's a beautiful trail into the woods with some interesting stone walls and features. The house located in a large park there are a couple of beautiful rooms. Lovely and unusual hall with nice feature and a very nice textile collection. There is also a room with toys and activities for children. Great historical place to visit, guides give you lots of information about the rooms, the family and furniture that is in the Hall. Well worth a visit for the whole family. Parking here is free.
