Description
This is a historic place. The abbey built in 1246. In 1539 it has been dissolved. There is virtually nothing left. Very interesting abbey ruin with lots of history. Great to wonder around and read the information boards. All that remains is a museum on the site which contains many artefacts. An excellent place to visit, the remains of the monastery where surrounding the remains is a wildlife. The views are stunning.
