Description
This is the only one of its kind in London. The museum documents the history of the humble sewing machine from the 1830's onwards. Included the world's first sewing machine from 1829 and Queen Victoria's daughter's sewing machine from 1865. It is only open on the first Saturday of the month. Free to visit.
