Lovely museum hosting various aircrafts, dating back to the First World War, ranging from test-flying and commercial airline type planes to military with some of them actually seeing combat. You can climb into the cockpit of most of them which makes the experience all the more exciting. The hangar has 2 wings with one of them hosting actual engines and missiles along with rescue helicopters and a pioneer version of the plane. This is a brilliant place for plane fanatics and an excellent place to visit and learn about the historic planes of the past. A must visit museum if you are an aircraft enthusiast. They have some wonderful WW1 documents, maps and clothing. There is plenty of seating outside where you could enjoy a picnic and parking is easily accessible here. It is a must for a family and educational day out.
