The gardens are especially worth seeing with a hidden rose garden and Japanese gardens. The maze is great, especially for kids. Great place to visit any time of year. The deer park and lakes are wonderous. There is lots of parkland to walk around. Nice little farm for kids to visit. Plenty of parking and plenty of lovely picnic spots to choose from. The playground is large with plenty of equipment but can get quite busy at weekends. Lovely property and has had famous people stay in it and filming has been done for dramas.
