The building is very interesting. More than 500 years old. Magnificent Tudor Great Hall. Lots to see and do with story tellers, donkey rides, carol singers, kid’s activities etc. The House has a key hunt for the young ones. Enjoy a stroll around the gardens, along the canal and then through the woods. The Hall gives some insight into the history of the families who built it and lived here for centuries. Amazing and stunning rooms kept well by the numerous staff. The stained-glass windows are a definite must see they are just breath-taking. The whole place is enhanced by being beside the canal.
