There is plenty of history, nicely displayed, plus mock-ups of historical rooms. The museum itself is well laid out and informative. A excellent view into rural life. Enjoyable for both adults and children. Nicely laid out museum with much more than a collection of old tools. The horse sculpture made from scrap iron is fantastic. A lovely place to visit, with plenty to see.
