The museum was established in 1884. The museum is very educational and offers a wide range of things to look at, showing animals which are now extinct. Great museum with a mix of exhibitions from the animal kingdom and different ancient cultures. Exhibitions include dinosaurs, Romans, Egyptians, oceans, wildlife and much more. This is a great place for kids as they have a few interactive things here and there. There are a lot of visual exhibits spread across two floors and a library on the third. Great place for all ages, plenty to see and learn. It's free with voluntary donations.
