Beautiful atmospheric medieval castle perched over the river. There are loads of lovely walks along the river. You’re less than a mile away from one of the historic town which is very pleasant to walk around with lots of places to eat and drink. Please note the castle isn't open to the public so you will need to arrange a tour with the owners in advance. There’s an adorable cottage on site for overnight accommodations. Very nice place. Lots of history. Unique venue for a truly Scottish experience wedding.
