The monument view is excellent. The style of the architecture and decor is truly breath-taking. Amazingly presented in honour of an amazing writer. If you know the history of the monument, then you can appreciate the city's history and culture through its statues and memorials. You can only go up via a guided tour and the guide will explain the history.
