This temple was built between 4,000 and 5,000 years ago. It comprises a wall of large stone boulders, weighing up to 300kg. The design of the temple is very similar to Neolithic houses and burial cairns. The ‘temple’ itself is pleasingly maintained and preserved with some interesting information boards close by.
