Wonderful museum with wide ranging artefacts and a superb photographic collection. Maritime history including the rise and decline of the herring fishing industry. One of the best local museums in Scotland. It has a terrific number of items that takes you through the local history and is well put together. There is so much to see, one visit is unlikely to be enough. A brilliant museum, well worth a visit.
